Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products, unless the item is defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
